EUA-EPUE and InnoEnergy launch call for expressions of interest

05 April 2018

The EUA Energy & Environment Platform (EUA-EPUE) and InnoEnergy invite expressions of interest of universities to identify interested parties for a potential Horizon 2020 project on innovative clean energy-related education and training programmes.

The project will aim at the development of new, case- or challenge-based modules and short university-based programmes in the fields of:

  1. Renewable energy
  2. Energy storage
  3. Smart and flexible energy systems
  4. Carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS).

Universities that are active in one or more of the four topical fields are encouraged to respond to the call for expressions of interest. The purpose of the call is to form a pool of contacts for future involvement in the project's activities, e.g. as possible partners. Around ten universities are required for the initial activities, but a larger network of universities will likely be involved as the project progresses. Selected universities will be invited to a workshop in Brussels in late May 2018.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, 27 April 2018. More information about the call for expressions of interest and the submission form are available online.
